Student Of The Month
The DLS "STUDENT OF THE MONTH" Award is designed to recognize students who have been noticed by the faculty for being "outstanding" in some way during a certain month. Each faculty member may nominate a student in each grade. Two students each from grades 9-12 are chosen by vote in a faculty meeting. Winners are announced in an assembly, and "runner-ups" are informed by written form on their lockers.
