Moms In Touch
Moms In Touch is an international prayer organization praying for schools for their children. Our DLS Moms In Touch Group invites all moms to join us as we pray for our DLS students, teachers, and faculty and for the mission and future of DLS. Students and parents are encouraged to place prayer concerns in the Moms In Touch box located in the school office and in the library. Teachers and staff may place their prayer requests in an additional Moms In Touch box in the teacher's workroom. Remember, "Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you..." Psalms 55:22a.
We meet on Tuesday mornings and start praying at 8:00m in Room 101. We pray for our own children, all the students at DLS by name, all faculty, staff and board members by name; prayer requests for all; pray for our community; the school and all that is going one; sports teams, etc. No pressure to pray out loud; all moms welcome!
Moms In Touch Mission Statement
The purpose of Moms In Touch International is to encourage mothers and others to meet and to pray for children and schools. We desire to be a positive encouragement and support for public and private schools, praying that our schools may be guided by biblical values and high moral standards.
